Fondia acquires Intels UAB, a Lithuanian provider of intellectual property management and protection services

Fondia Lietuva UAB, part of the legal services group Fondia, has acquired Intels UAB, a specialist in intellectual property rights services, on 10 August. Intels UAB has been operating in Lithuania for 30 years and is a valued partner for its clients. The acquisition aims to expand the range of intellectual property services in the Baltics and to take over long-standing experience in the fields of patent, trademark and design protection.

Intels UAB represents more than 4,000 well-known brands in Lithuania and worldwide. The clients represented are Lithuanian and foreign companies of various sizes operating in the HoReCa, industrial trade, service, IT and agricultural sectors. After the acquisition, the contractual obligations towards each customer will remain unchanged and services will continue as before.
