Fondia awarded company of the year in Helsinki 2016

The Regional Organisation of Enterprises in Helsinki (Helsingin Yrittäjät) selected Fondia as the company of the year in Helsinki 2016. The company of the year in Helsinki award recognises an entrepreneur or a company for their entrepreneurship or efforts to promote entrepreneurship. Fondia was selected because of its mould-breaking, innovative work culture and concept, which have received recognition both nationally and internationally.

The Regional Organisation of Enterprises in Helsinki CEO Tiina Oksala justified the choice as follows: “The award recipient is a pioneer in quite a traditional field, offering companies bundled legal services as an external legal department, which can be purchased as a flexible service. Fondia has experienced strong growth over the last few years. The law firm has also invested in creating a welcoming workplace and work community in an innovative way.”

This award is a great honour for us Fondians. We see it as an acknowledgment of entrepreneurial spirit, which is something our work community and employees are well known for. The company of the year in Helsinki 2016 award was presented on 5 December 2016 at the Independence Day Gala of the Regional Organisation of Enterprises in Helsinki, which was held at the restaurant Pörssi.
