Fondia initially supported Blueair’s sales organisation in contract processes with external partners. However, the relationship has since grown deeper and Fondia now also supports Blueair’s product development and production teams in our contractual relations with vendors and suppliers.
The relationship with Fondia is very close and our Fondia lawyers work as if they are yet another internal resource. Their lawyers support different teams, mainly sales and product development, and work on a personal level with all types of day-to-day legal activities. They have a good understanding of our business and we don’t need to brief them.
We work with Fondia on a daily basis and we are very happy with their support. By taking the role of a legal department they know us well. Fondia’s lawyers are very professional and they have a good understanding of international business, which is very useful for Blueair.
