Wilma Laukkanen

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the Group Management Team my focus is on enabling and supporting the effective execution of business operations as well as strengthening our personnel, leadership and corporate culture. I drive cultural change, operational excellence and strong support for our leaders and supervisors in their important work. I lead our business enabling functions for better joint support and collaboration. As a strong expert organization, people are the core of our business!

In my career so far, I have worked closely with communication, strategic development and human resources to become a professional in executive and operational management. During my diverse career at Sanoma Group, I got to experience the big arc of the media revolution. Now at Fondia, we continue re-inventing the legal industry. I am more than happy to be able to take part in Fondia's international growth story together with wonderful Fondians.

At the center of our strategy are people and values, smart ways of working supported by technology and, of course, the changing needs of our customers. Because of these cornerstones, I enjoy my work at Fondia.

I get energy from cycling to work, immersing myself in novels and traveling with my family. A particularly important moment for me is the last calming stretch of a Pilates class.
