Sami Savisalo

At Fondia, I typically counsel startups in particular on issues relating to information technology, intellectual property rights, the healthcare sector and commercial contracts. In addition, I actively participate in transactions in the field of different technologies, assisting client companies and investors in financing rounds and mergers and acquisitions. I joined Fondia in 2008 having previously been a partner at a law firm. There I was responsible for the company's IPR/IT assignments.

I try to spend as much of my leisure time with my family and at the CrossFit gym ‐ sometimes I combine both!
