Mikaela Jonsson

I like when a lot happens and when I learn new things, so I enjoy being a consultant in new industries with exciting business ideas. I like to get to know my clients and together we can drive the business forward, mainly in the areas of commercial contract law, transactions and corporate law. I think law should be an engine, not a brake.

Previously, I worked both as a corporate lawyer and at a law firm. Now I have landed in the best combination of both here at Fondia.

When I am not working, I like to be outdoors – in the woods, the mountains or in the water. I like flowers, kind people and I always try to see the bright side of things.
