As a company lawyer specialized in dispute resolution and insolvency law, various circumstances of distress and crisis in business are quite familiar to me. Before I joined Fondia, I have assisted clients to solve many such circumstances as an Attorney-at-Law until 2019. Often, the prevailing question in my field of expertise is whether the current problem at hand could have been avoided in the first place. I find that Fondia’s Legal Department as a Service (LDaaS) together with our ‘hands-on’ way of working provides an excellent platform to tackle this question. Now as a Fondian I am thrilled to assist our clients to not only best various legal problems, but to steer clear of such problems in advance. I am also experienced in corporate law and security arrangements including execution.

In my spare time I enjoy family life, cooking, golf, and drafting over-optimistic gym programs for myself.
