Hanna Scherman

I strive for law to be a tool to prevent and solve problems and improve our clients’ businesses. Law should not have to be a difficult and complicated necessary evil for companies. At present, I deal with business law in general and commercial agreements and limited company law in particular.

I have many years of experience as a corporate lawyer in the auditing industry, as a consultant at the law firm Jansson & Norin, at the judiciary and with the authorities before I joined Fondia 2018. As a former in-house lawyer, I know the importance of having a practical and business-driven approach to law and being a facilitator.

I spend my free time with my husband, children, cats and renovating houses. When family life allows, I like to exercise or eat a really nice meal with a glass of wine.
