Emma Thimmig
I joined Fondia in August 2024 with extensive experience in domestic and international M&A, as well as general corporate and contract law matters. I mainly assist customers with matters relating to the aforementioned fields of law, and also bring our clients experience of large-scale project management, coordinating cooperative collaboration both nationally and internationally across fields of professional expertise.
Prior to joining Fondia, I have worked at leading law firms both in Stockholm and in Helsinki specializing in the above-mentioned fields, as in-house legal adviser on M&A at a major Swedish listed company and with brokering W&I insurances. This has allowed me to gain valuable experience enabling to offer our clients comprehensive advice relating to M&A and/or other corporate transactions.
I have passed the bar examination of the Swedish Bar Association (not currently enlisted).
During my spare time, I enjoy spending time travelling and exploring, as well as with family and friends, both most preferably by the seafront.
