I’m an international business legal generalist and technology lawyer. I advise both global and local client companies in a range of legal matters, including risk assessments, compliance advise, and contracting.

My field expertise is in biotechnology and life sciences – in particular, health technology R&D and supply. I have Legal know-how to development collaborations and IPR, research and clinical studies in Europe, go-to-market activities, contract manufacturing, global distribution and supply chain matters.

I’m business driven solution finder. I come from an American biotechnology corporation, with past responsibility for its in-house Legal services in Finland. I’ve hold various advisory and project management roles in Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. I’m a practical lawyer who enjoys understanding business’ motivators.
