I am passionate about providing clear legal advice to customers in a better, smarter and more cost-efficient way.
After working for 15 years as an in-house legal counsel and as such having built up legal functions in several companies in various industries, I have a sense of what works and what doesn't. I understand what companies of different sizes need to focus on in terms of legal work and what they expect from external legal advisors. One of the reasons why I joined Fondia is because we have exactly the type of legal services offering that I appreciated when working in-house and also, because I see our LDaas offering as a really good alternative/addition to having an in-house legal counsel.
Further, I believe we will modernize the legal industry together, and it´s fun to be part of that!
Before joining Fondia I set up the legal function and was Head of Legal at one of the largest digital healthcare providers in Sweden. The company went from a start-up to a scale up and entered several European markets during my time there. Previously I held similar positions for an international company in the toy industry and for a search company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
My main focus areas are commercial agreements, corporate law and privacy.
In my free time I love to travel with my family, enjoy good food in the company of good friends, read books, meditate and dance as soon as I get the chance.
